With a countertop that support as much as 788 pounds of equipment, the Turbo Air TCBE-72SDR-N chef base is built for long-lasting use. Its external digital display simplifies temperature monitoring, and the cabinet is fully insulated by high-density polyurethane insulation for energy efficiency. The self-cleaning condenser is constructed with a rotating brush that cleans dust accumulation off the mesh filter two to three times a day.

The Turbo Air TCBE-72SDR-N chef base refrigerator's side-mount compressor enables the unit to be serviced without moving it. This chef base comes with four strong drawers, each of which has a recessed handle to inhibit employee fatigue. Each drawer holds sixth-size pans, and altogether the unit can hold 48 pans. Facilitating cleaning, the front and sides are made of stainless steel, and the unit's casters measure 5 inches. It uses environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
