It's 11.8-cubic-foot interior is made of tempered glass and features two adjustable shelves for flexibility in product presentation. To increase sales and visibility, the interior is lined with LED lighting. Operators can regulate their interior climate with ease because of its solar-powered digital thermometer and digital electronic thermostat, which includes defrost control. It's also insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve cool temperatures.

To keep bakery goods refrigerated, the Turbo Air TCGB-36UF-S-N full-service bakery case runs on natural R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Designed to automatically brush its condenser daily, this self-cleaning unit reduces the risk of debris buildup and system failure. This freestanding piece is self-contained for simple installation that doesn't require plumbing access. Because of its sliding rear doors and front glass opening, staff members can load, unload, or organize products with ease. For maintenance needs, the condenser can be accessed through its rear compartment. Overall, this model measures 36¹/₂ inches wide by 33¹/₈ inches deep by 50³/₄ inches high, holding a temperature range of 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
