This unit is foamed in place with CFC-free, high-density polyurethane insulation that preserves the generated temperatures. Its solar-powered digital thermometer provides a bold, accurate readout of interior temperatures, and as inventory changes, operators can adjust the interior climate with the digital electronic thermostat, which includes defrost control. For efficiency, its condenser automatically cleans itself of dust, and the compressor compartment is accessible through the rear. So this dessert case can produce desired temperatures, it should be installed in areas that don't exceed 55 percent humidity and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. It's should also be installed away from HVAC vents, fans, and doorways that could affect the air curtain.

For a European appearance that doesn't sacrifice durability, this refrigerated bakery case features a straight front panel; tempered glass front, side, and rear panels; and a minimal frame. The two rear sliding glass doors grant full access to the unit's three display levels. While the display deck is made of stainless steel, the two shelves are made of tempered glass with stainless steel front and back edges. To accommodate changing product offerings, these shelves can be raised and lowered as needed. For full visibility that attracts customer attention, LED lights are built beneath the shelves.
