Built with front-breathing airflow, the Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-FB-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad prep table enables flush wall placement without compromising ventilation. This unit includes a single stainless steel swing door with a recessed handle, which opens to a galvanized and stainless steel base with a stainless steel wire shelf. The cabinet interior is lit by LEDs and lined with ABS plastic, while the exterior is constructed of stainless steel with a galvanized back and bottom for structural reinforcement.

With a cold air compartment and insulated pan cover, the Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-FB-N prep table helps maintain food-safe temperatures across the pan rail. Its stainless steel top holds 12 sixth-size condiment pans. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains cabinet temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a hot gas condensate system and a self-cleaning condenser to reduce service needs, while a digital control system provides external temperature monitoring.
