With its stainless steel construction, the Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N-DS Super Deluxe food prep table resists dents, scratches, and rust. It is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam for structure and temperature retention, and its refrigerated bottom holds contents between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit comes with (18) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans and recessed handles that provide a comfortable grip when opening. When the door is open, the fan stops to prevent hot air from getting sucked into the cabinet. Two stainless steel shelves in the cabinet can hold extra product.

The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N-DS food prep table has a dual-sided, insulated lid that enables food preparation from both sides of the unit. For mobility, 4-inch-diameter swivel casters with front brakes are included. A Cold Bunker system continuously moves air around the food pans, keeping the top storage compartment at or under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is illuminated by LED lighting. A 9¹/₂-inch-wide cutting board made of polyethylene provides space for prepping sandwiches and salads. Its condenser brushes itself daily to reduce dust and debris and prolong the unit’s life.
