The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N-SL Super Deluxe prep table’s high-density polyurethane insulation adds structure and retains cold air. This unit is made of durable stainless steel, which resists corrosion and supports cleaning. For a prolonged life, the condenser cleans itself daily and minimizes dust and dirt buildup. Its fan stops when the door is open to conserve energy, and LED lights illuminate the interior so staff can locate items. A digital display is featured on the front to control and monitor internal temperatures. Its refrigerated base holds food between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N-SL prep table comes with 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans, and its cover is removable for cleaning. A clear lid slides back for access to the food pans, which are kept at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the Cold Bunker system. A 9¹/₂-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient space for making salads and sandwiches. Two stainless steel shelves are included in the cabinet for storing additional product.
