The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-FB-N Super Deluxe Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table's front-breathing design supports installation directly against walls or between other equipment. This two-section unit features dual recessed-handle stainless steel doors that open to a stainless steel interior with two stainless steel wire shelves. The top includes 24 sixth-size condiment pans beneath an insulated pan cover, while a 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board provides prep space along the front edge, secured by a molded side rail.

The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-FB-N prep table's Cold Bunker airflow system directs cold air across all sides of the pan cavity, creating a cold air barrier that helps keep product temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Interior temperatures hold between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear mounted, and LED lighting with a fan delay boosts energy efficiency inside the cabinet. A hot gas condensate system manages internal humidity, and an external digital display simplifies temperature monitoring.
