Along the front of the cabinet, a 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board with a ¹/₂-inch thickness provides a sturdy surface for food preparation, complete with a built-in side rail for stability.

The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-CL prep table operates on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that holds interior temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Its Cold Bunker airflow technology surrounds the pan area with chilled air from above, behind, and underneath, maintaining food temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A hot gas condensate system reduces moisture, while a self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust. The LED lighting with fan control brightens the interior without wasting energy.
