The Turbo Air TST-60SD-D4-N Super Deluxe prep table operates at a set temperature between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains these temperatures. A corrosion-resistant coating on the evaporator lengthens its life, and the top compartment comes with 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans under its insulated pan cover. Equipped with a forced-air cooling system, this unit moves cold air around the food pans to keep contents under 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-D4-N prep table resists corrosion and provides strength. A cutting board runs the full length of the table to create space for chopping and preparing sandwiches, salads, and other foods. The interior is kept cool since it is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation, while digital controls and a temperature display enable the operator to monitor temperatures inside the cabinet. To streamline transportation and installation, 4-inch swivel casters enable movement, and the front set is equipped with locks to stabilize the unit.
