The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-DS Super Deluxe prep table’s durable stainless steel construction resists scratches and rust and is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam. A 91/2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board provides space for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes. So that staff can move the unit, four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters, two with brakes, are included. To save energy, the fan turns off when a door is opened, and the interior is brightened by LED lights. Three doors with comfortable handles close over three shelves that can support extra product.
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-DS prep table has a Cold Bunker system that forces air between food pans to maintain temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the top food pan storage area. Its refrigerated base keeps items between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The top storage area can hold 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans. To help the system run longer, its condenser cleans itself daily and minimizes dust buildup.
