The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-GL sandwich and salad prep table has a stainless steel construction with a durable galvanized bottom. Its stainless steel interior is lined with foamed-in-place insulation, while three stainless steel shelves provide storage space in the cabinet. Its top accommodates 30 condiment pans, and the glass top lid retains cold air and protects against contaminants. A durable cutting board provides prep space.

The interior features LED lighting to enhance product visibility, and the Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-GL prep table has a forced-air system that pushes cold air around pans. A fan control function shuts the fan off when the doors are opened to prevent cold air from being sucked in. Brushing the condenser daily, the self-cleaning device removes dirt and debris to prevent system malfunctions, and the unit has a temperature control with a digital display for temperature monitoring.
