It keeps food safe by maintaining consistent temperatures and runs on R-290 hydrocarbon, an eco-friendly refrigerant. This work top freezer's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel for durability, while its back and base are made of galvanized steel; this configuration brings a sleek appearance to restaurant settings. To reduce employee fatigue, this unit's drawers are fitted with simple-to-open, easy-grip handles, and to enhance thermal efficiency while resisting water condensation, the drawers are lined with ABS sheets.

The cabinet structure and drawers of the Turbo Air TWF-28SD-D2-N Super Deluxe work top freezer are foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. To simplify cleaning and replacement, the one-piece, magnetic door gaskets can be removed without tools. This unit holds food at -10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and its two drawers have 7 cubic feet of interior space. Overall, the work top freezer measures 27¹/₂ inches wide by 31 inches deep by 38¹/₂ inches tall. The evaporator's anticorrosion coating extends the unit's service life while the self-contained system expedites installation.
