To enable safe, direct food contact, the Turbo Air TWF-28SD-D2-N work top freezer's shelves are made of durable stainless steel; unlike PVC-coated wire shelving, this material prevents unsanitary peeling and rust from forming. Easy-grip door handles reduce employee fatigue, while the ABS sheet door liners enhance thermal efficiency and condensation resistance. The freezer's cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. For simple cleaning and replacement, the one-piece, magnetic door gaskets can be removed without tools.
Operators can control the Turbo Air TWF-28SD-D2-N Super Deluxe work top freezer's LED interior lighting and fan. This unit holds products at temperatures from -10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit and has a 12-cubic-foot interior capacity. Overall, the freezer measures 481/4 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 381/2 inches high. Its evaporator is coated to defend against corrosion and the self-contained system facilitates placement. This unit stands on 4-inch-diameter swivel casters that can lock it in place for stationary applications.
