The two-section cabinet base can be used to hold refrigerated ingredients, keeping them properly stored and in a convenient location. Each section comes with one shelf measuring 27 inches by 17 inches; these shelves are made of stainless steel and are able to resist corrosion and minor damage caused by typical commercial use. The interior of the cabinet is enhanced by LED lighting, so the items stored inside are visible. Busy operators can quickly open the doors with ergonomic door handles and magnetic door gaskets, while the self-closing door design keeps cold air inside to prevent product loss.

The Turbo Air TWR-48SD-N worktop refrigerator provides cold temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system, which uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant, is self-contained, so the unit is easy to install. An exterior digital display allows operators to monitor the interior temperatures, ensuring food is held in the safe zone. Premature system failures are prevented by the self-cleaning condenser design, which ensures it is cleaned multiple times a day with a brush to eliminate dust buildup.
