The Univex DR11 dough divider and rounder has a cutting head that manually cuts dough into 11 portions between 11³/₁₀ and 22⁹/₁₀ ounces. Two sets of dough trays are included to hold the divided dough portions, and a timer keeps up with the dividing and rounding process during automatic operation. This model comes with one cup tray, which the operator will select from the three options listed below.
