The Univex PM91-PK1 commercial food processor includes a VS9 vegetable slicer, which is ideal for cutting carrots, cucumbers, celery, and lettuce. This attachment comes with housing and an adjustable S blade. A VS9H grater shredder and MLFC12 meat grinder are also accepted, though these attachments are sold separately. It has a 1-horsepower drive motor that rotates 250 times per minute, and this unit includes a 5-inch-deep pan and cover. With a corrosion-resistant finish, this unit is designed to operate on a countertop.
