The Univex SL120RB dough mixer is a floor model measuring 41⁷/₈ inches wide by 72¹/₂ inches deep by 66¹/₂ inches high when its top is open. Ideal for bakeries, pizzerias, and bagel shops, it features a 180-quart bowl and a 265-pound dough capacity and includes a bowl dolly for easy transport. Operators can choose between two speeds as well as a reverse function to accommodate various consistencies, volumes, and dough types. This unit's control panel is equipped with separate digital timers for high and low speed.

To reduce noise during operation and ensure lasting performance, the Univex SL120RB spiral mixer features a powerful belt-driven motor and an electromagnetic system. Its bowl, dough hook, and shaft are made of stainless steel—a corrosion-resistant metal that's highly durable and simple to clean. To further streamline cleaning, its bowl is removable. This unit's safety switches protect users from injury when the lid to the bowl is open.
