Univex SRM30+ 30 qt Planetary Mixer - Floor Model, 1 hp, 115v

The Univex SRM30+ planetary floor mixer has a 30-quart stainless steel bowl that mixes ingredients for almost any baked good. A guard around the top of the bowl shields the operator in case product escapes during mixing. If the safety guard is left open or the bowl is lowered, interlock switches protect the user from injury. With its capacitor start motor, the unit can operate on four fixed speeds or any speed in-between?settings can be changed without stopping the mixer. To support different products, a dough hook, batter beater, and wire whip come with the mixer. The Univex SRM30+ planetary floor mixer also has an ingredient chute and a bowl scraper.
