Equipped with a 6.5-kW microwave and 3.5-kW convection system, the Unox XASR-03HS-EDDS SPEED.Pro® convection oven combines speed baking and convection cooking for professional kitchens. This stackable unit accommodates three 18-inch by 13-inch trays for speed baking and one 18-inch by 13-inch tray for high-speed cooking. Operating within a temperature range of 86 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, it supports 9 baking steps, 24 quick programs, and 896 memory programs for streamlined operation and recipe customization.

Built of AISI 304 stainless steel and featuring integrated Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, this Unox SPEED.Pro oven is designed for durability, hygiene, and advanced data management. Its SPEED.Plus technology ensures even microwave distribution, while DRY.Plus rapidly removes humidity from the baking chamber. AIR.Plus technology provides optimized airflow with reverse gear and two-speed fan settings. This unit is accessed via a solid pull-down door, is illuminated with LED interior lighting, and has an integrated crumb collection system to expedite cleanup. Compact and efficient, this model includes three TG305 trays, one TG360 SPEED.Plate tray.
