The Unox XAVC-10FS-GPRM CHEFTOP MIND.Maps? Plus combi oven is a gas-powered, half-size countertop unit designed for kitchens that require versatility in a compact space. This oven supports up to (10) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or 20 hotel pans. Constructed of high-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, its cooking chamber is built for durability and hygiene, while the boiler-based steam generator ensures consistent steam production. The right-to-left triple-glass door is ideal for demanding kitchens with limited space.
Equipped with a 91/2-inch MIND.Maps? touchscreen, the Unox XAVC-10FS-GPRM combi oven simplifies cooking with over 1,000 programmable recipes. Its MULTI.TIME technology enables up to 10 simultaneous cooking processes, while the CLIMA.Control and STEAM.Maxi? provide precise humidity and steam adjustments. Cleaning is streamlined with the ROTOR.Klean? automated washing system and the integrated DET&Rinse? detergent container, reducing maintenance downtime. The gas lines are not included with this oven and must be purchased separately.
