Its corrugated sidewalls accommodate up to 22 full size sheet pans on 1 1/2" centers, allowing you to move a variety of baked goods from to place to place with ease.
Designed with transport in mind, the unit includes several special features to promote easy and safe maneuvering. For instance, the reinforced door is outfitted with a gravity type latch, which ensures that the door is secured during transport. For added convenience, the door can also be pushed open and latched to the side of the cabinet, allowing full access to the interior for any lengthy storage or removal process. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. The entire unit is set on a set of 4 heavy-duty 5" casters, the front 2 equipped with brakes.
