• Stainless steel construction with a reinforced rim and butterfly-shaped pouring lip
• ASME shop inspected steam jacket for pressures up to 50 PSI
• 180 emery grit finish inside, bright high buff polish outside
• Hand crank tilting for easy pouring
• Stainless steel panels enclose controls and base
• Four adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with bullet or flanged feet
• Includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve
• Heated by propane or natural gas with electronic ignition
• Factory-charged with chemically pure water containing rust inhibitors
• Steam source provides temperatures of 150º to 295ºF (65 to 150ºC)
