The Hobart Legacy+ HL200 20 Qt. Planetary Stand Mixer is a heavy duty commercial countertop mixer powered by a 1/2 HP motor operating on a standard 120v electrical connection 

Powered by a high-torque 1/2 HP motor utilizing a standard 120V connection, this newer-style model replaces traditional mechanical transmissions with an advanced electronic variable frequency drive (VFDadvantage). This system maintains consistent mixing speeds and optimal torque even when processing dense doughs or large batches.

This single phase model includes an 20-quart stainless steel bowl, a manual bowl lift, and large front-mounted controls that simplify daily operation. The open-base construction provides easy access for cleaning and maintenance while maintaining the durability Hobart mixers are known for.
