As part of the ergonomically designed Kodiak series, Varimixer V20KF 20-quart mixer features a bowl truck positioned on wheels to eliminate heavy lifting during transport. This trolley's silicone ring secures the included 20-quart bowl in place during mixing, portioning, and tilting, and operators can raise or lower the bowl with the corresponding side handle. This 24⁷⁷/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 30⁵/₁₆-inch-deep by 50⁴³/₅₀-inch-high unit is fitted with four height-adjustable legs that enable cleaning beneath it. Its smooth stainless steel frame resists rust, corrosion, and wear over time and is simple to wipe clean between uses. For expedited cleanup, the included stainless steel bowl, wire whip, beater, dough hook, and scraper are dishwasher safe.

Simple to operate, the Varimixer V20KF commercial floor-model mixer features a titled, front-mounted intuitive control panel with a timer, emergency-stop function, and automatic speed regulation. Its 1-horsepower motor features an adjustable speed drive and an agitator speed that ranges between 64 and 353 RPMs. To withstand high-volume use, it's equipped with a high-torque transmission, a permanently lubricated planetary head, and grease-lubricated, anti-friction ball bearings. If the bowl screen is tilted or the bowl is lowered, its interlock mechanism automatically turns off the mixer for user safety. A transparent polycarbonate safety screen positioned above the bowl lets employees insert additional ingredients into the integrated filling tray during mixing. Because it's secured in place with magnets, it's simple to attach and remove.
