Its high-torque transmission has grease-lubricated, anti-friction ball bearings and a permanently lubricated planetary head to withstand high-volume use. Operators can adjust the speed, modify the timer, and initiate an emergency stop with the tilted control panel. For user safety, its interlock mechanism powers the machine down if the bowl is lowered or the bowl screen is tilted.

This tabletop Varimixer V20KT commercial mixer measures 22⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 27⁷/₈ inches deep by 31 inches high and boasts a smooth, simple-to-clean stainless steel frame that resists rust, corrosion, and wear to endure rigorous use. To enable cleaning beneath the unit and stabilize it on irregular surfaces, its legs are height adjustable.
