To mix large quantities of dough and batter, the Varimixer V60 planetary mixer's 3-horsepower motor features variable speed drives and agitator speeds between 53 and 288 RPM. Designed for long-term, heavy-duty use, the planetary head and attachment hub case are permanently lubricated for smooth operation. Its hydraulic damper lowers the bowl easily, while the single lever hoists the bowl manually and locks it in place. If the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered, an interlock mechanism prevents operation. Settings can be adjusted with the front-mounted controls, which include a 90-minute digital timer and an emergency stop option.

This floor-model Varimixer V60 mixer measures 25¹/₂ inches wide by 40¹/₂ inches deep by 55⁵/₈ inches high and has a 60-quart capacity. For durability, its top cover, bayonet shaft, bowl guard, and legs are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The legs and non-stainless steel exterior surfaces are finished with a sleek powder coating that can be wiped clean. To prevent wobbling and movement during operation, it's mounted on nonskid rubber feet.
