The Varimixer V80 planetary mixer maintains consistent, efficient function using the high-torque transmission system that communicates to the 4-horsepower motor. This motor helps facilitate agitator movement, which provides speeds from 47 to 257 revolutions per minute. It has an implemented system that minimizes overheating, while a limit switch monitors the unit's capacity to meet ideal operating conditions. To grant multitasking capabilities, this unit features a timer that can be preset for as long as 90 minutes via the front-placed control panel. In addition to the power button, it also features an emergency stop button.

This Varimixer V80 mixer ships with an 80-quart stainless steel bowl, dough hook, wire whip, and aluminum flat beater. It also sports a No. 12 hub that fits vegetable slicer or meat grinder attachments, offering maximum use; the No. 12 attachment can reach a fixed speed of 198 revolutions per minute. For extreme or mild application, this unit's top cover, planetary cover, bayonet shaft, bowl guard, and legs are constructed of stainless steel. For simple incorporation in most kitchen setups, it has a powder-coated white finish that protects the exterior. The nonskid rubber feet allow the unit to remain stable during operation.
