Constructed primarily of stainless steel, the Vulcan 1024 cheese melter is durable to support heavy use and simple to clean. Ideal for melting cheese on finished sandwiches as well as toasting bread, it heats automatically when it senses product on the rack. The rack can be adjusted to four positions to accommodate different items. Measuring 27 inches wide by 17 1/8 inches deep by 19 1/2 inches high, this unit is designed for countertop placement.

Enabling operators to clean beneath it, the Vulcan 1024 cheese melter is elevated on adjustable, 4-inch legs. It features quartz infrared tube elements to ensure even heating and is built with insulation to minimize heat loss. Operators can adjust the settings using solid-state controls; to power down the unit when it's inactive, they can flip the on/off switch. To show when the unit is operational, it features a red indicator light.
