Vulcan 36C-2B24G 36" 2 Burner Gas Range W/ Griddle & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

Featured in the Endurance® series, the Vulcan 36C-2B24G LP gas range includes two stove burners, a griddle, and a convection oven. It has a fully MIG-welded chassis, while its front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf are stainless steel. For flexible height placement, it sits on 6-inch-tall adjustable legs, and to streamline cleanup, it includes an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray and lift-off burner heads. It measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high.

Designed with two open burners and a griddle, the Vulcan 36C-2B24G LP gas range can cook, sear, or sautee various items at once. It uses a shrouded flash tube pilot system, which operates one pilot per two burners to save energy. The unit's right side has a 24-inch-long griddle with a 3/4-inch-thick plate to cook pancakes, grilled cheeses, or proteins. To contain grease for simple cleaning, it has a 4-inch-wide front grease trough, and its heavy-duty cast grates can be lifted off.

Great for roasting meats or vegetables, this model also includes a convection oven in its base. It has three oven racks to cook multiple items at once; however, sheet pans only fit side to side. It has a temperature range from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a low setting and a heavy-duty door with an integrated door hinge and spring mechanism that doesn't require adjustments. This oven measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13 7/8 inches high.
