Vulcan 36C-36CBP 36" Gas Range w/ Charbroiler & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan 36C-36CBP commercial range offers space for charbroiling and baking in a single footprint. Designed to cut down on space requirements, its 36-inch wide charbroiler top can accommodate chicken, steak, and fish. This charbroiler operates with six 16,000 BTU burners that are equipped with supercharger dividers for improved heat distribution. Because of this charbroiler, a range of served consumables can be given a char-grilled, smokey flavor. To help maintain cleanliness, its installed with a pull-out crumb tray with welded corners.
This unit utilizes an installed convection oven base, allowing operators to bake and grill at the same time. Because this oven provides two racks and four rack position, it can adjust to culinary demands based on space and capacity needs. Overall, the oven interior measures 263/8 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 137/8 inches high, and its temperature can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a number of dishes.
The Vulcan 36C-36CBP commercial range is both strong and durable, as its front, sides, and back riser are constructed of stainless steel atop a MIG-welded frame. Because of its corrosion and rust resistance, it is simple to clean and matches well with most kitchen appliance themes. This 36-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 58-inch-high unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for reliable stability on level or uneven floors alike.
