Because the Vulcan 36C-36GLP griddle and oven range's front, sides, and back riser are constructed of stainless steel MIG-welded to its frame, it's great for high-intensity kitchens in restaurants and diners. With its impressive corrosion and stain resistance, this piece is capable of withstanding grime and grease, streamlining sanitation efforts after use. Overall, this sturdy unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches tall and stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for stability on uneven flooring. Because it is propane operated, it burns less volume per hour compared to other gas alternatives and is energy saving.
Part of the Endurance® series, this range includes a 36-inch griddle and convection oven, allowing for simultaneous grilling and baking in high-volume cooking environments. Because its top is spacious, it allows for cooking steak, chicken, porkchops, and other meats at the same time. To ease the cleanup process, it comes with a 4-inch trough in its front to catch debris and grease.
The Vulcan36C-36G propane range has an integrated oven base with an interior space of 26 3/8 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13 7/8 inches high. Its interior comes with two racks and two rack guides, allowing for four possible rack orientations to accommodate a variety of requirements.
