Because the Vulcan 36C-36GT commercial range features a griddle top with a convection oven built into its base, it can cook a variety of dishes and keep up with the needs of high-volume restaurants. Its griddle measures 36 inches wide, offering space to prepare steak, chicken, or fish, and it has a 4-inch trough in its front to catch debris and ease cleaning.

For baking casseroles, stuffing, or risotto, this range's convection oven measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13 7/8 inches high. This oven offers two racks and two rack guides for four possible rack positions and is designed for full-size sheet pans that fit side to side. For maintaining the quality of baked goods, it operates between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and this temperature can be adjusted on burner knobs that remain cool during use to reduce the risk of workplace injury.

The Vulcan 36C-36GT restaurant range uses stainless steel panels on its front, sides, and back riser, providing both durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the unit uses a MIG-welded chassis constructed of aluminized steel.
