The Vulcan 36R-36CBP commercial range is an all-in-one unit designed to quickly transfer meats from fridge to grill. This unit features a 36-inch wide charbroiler top capable of accommodating steak, fish, and chicken, giving them a smokey flavor. Because this unit features a refrigerated base, it supports fresh product output with its straightforward refrigerator to grill application. By utilizing its R-450 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it promotes ecofriendly use and locks in cold air to reduce upkeep costs. It also features off-cycle defrost in addition to a drip tray that stops water from pooling in the bottom of the unit.

To support smooth maneuvering on kitchen floors, the Vulcan 36R-36CBP restaurant range rests on four 3-inch casters. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high. For corrosion and rust resistance, this sturdy unit's front, sides, and back riser are constructed of stainless steel overlayed on top of a MIG-welded frame. The unit's charbroiler is powered using liquid propane for even heat distribution, and connects through the rear with a 3/4 inch connection mount.
