The Vulcan 36S-2B24G commercial range offers versatility in back-of-the-house settings, allowing for simultaneous grilling, pan-frying, and baking in a single unit. Its front, sides, and back riser are stainless steel for added toughness and corrosion resistancea€”great for long-term service life and lasting visual quality. Additionally, its frame is MIG welded and made of aluminized steel for added stability. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and stands on 6-inch adjustable legs that enable placement on uneven surfaces. To maintain cleanliness and sanitation, it includes a 4-inch-wide grease trough.
This range adjusts to culinary needs because it includes two open-top burners, a griddle, and a standard bakers depth oven. Because its griddle measures 24-inches wide, it's great for cooking chicken, fish, and steak. With the addition of the burners on the left side, operators can stir fry using pans or utilize stock pots for soups and stews. The burners come with a hooded pilot light system to prevent them from clogging, and it uses a series of aeration bowls to keep oxygen flowing and create an even flame. Each cooking apparatus is controlled with a series of burner knobs that remain cool during use, preventing user injuries. After use, the burners can be lifted off for precise polishing and cleansing.
The Vulcan 36S-2B24G combination range's bakers depth oven's interior measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches high. Its size can fit full-size sheet pans side to side, and to maximize space, it comes with two oven racks and four rack positions. In the base of the oven is an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray to catch debris and ease the cleaning process.
