For preparing stews and soups in stock pots or grilling chicken and fish, the Vulcan 36S-2B24GT commercial range has two 30,000 BTU burners and a 24-inch griddle that features thermostatic controls. Great for efficiently promoting product output in busy restaurants and eateries, its duality provides versatile cooking capabilities. Because its burner heads lift-off, after operation, it's simple to clean and maintain. Its burners use a hooded pilot light system to protect against debris and, for added efficiency, it utilizes aeration bowls to evenly distribute oxygen and create an even flame. To further preserve sanitation for high-intensity reuse, it comes with a deep pull-out crumb tray and 4-inch trough to extend service life.

Under the griddle and burners, this restaurant range also provides a standard bakers-depth oven. Because its interior measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches high, it's great for full-size pans that fit side to side. To increase cooking space, it offers two oven racks and four total positions. To maintain the quality of prepared casseroles, stuffing, or risotto, this oven can operate between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Each apparatuses utilizes heat-resilient burner knobs to protect operators from burns.

For corrosion resistance and durability, the Vulcan 36S-2B24GT combination range's front, sides, and back riser are constructed of stainless steel, while its frame is made of aluminized steel and is MIG welded. For stability on kitchen floors, its 6-inch legs are adjustable, and this unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high overall.
