The Vulcan 36S-2B24GT restaurant range offers versatility in high-intensity kitchens with two 30,000 BTU open-top burners, a 24-inch griddle, and a standard bakers-depth oven. Great for stewing and grilling simultaneously, its top measures 36 inches wide overall to accommodate stock pots full of stew on its burners or make chicken and fish on its griddle, which is thermostatically controlled. Its burners are powered with a hooded pilot light system to prevent disrepair caused from debris, and it receives oxygen with its aeration bowls to provide an even flame. For precise cleaning after use, its burners can simply be removed.

This unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high. Designed around a sturdy steel MIG-welded frame, its front, sides, and back riser are made of stainless steel for reliable durability and corrosion resistance. To streamline and maintain sanitation long term, it comes with an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray and 4-inch-wide grease trough at the front of its griddle. Because this unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs, it can be stabilized on uneven floors.

The Vulcan 36S-2B24GT combination range's integrated oven offers a spacious interior that measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches high. Adjusting to culinary needs, its two oven racks offer four rack positions with its two rack guides. To maintain the quality of casseroles or risotto, it operates between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes a series of burner knobs that are heat resilient to reduce the chance of operator burn.
