Built to endure high-volume use in fast-paced kitchens, the Vulcan 60SC-6B24G restaurant range's front, sides, and backriser are constructed of corrosion-resistant, simple-to-clean stainless steel. It's furnished with an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray and 4-inch-wide grease trough to further streamline cleaning. To accommodate various cooking needs in a single footprint, it features a 24-inch-wide griddle, six open-top burners covered with heavy-duty cast grates, a standard oven, and a convection oven. This unit's burner's knobs remain cool to the touch to ensure safe, comfortable operation.
The Vulcan 60SC-6B24G commercial range's two baker's-depth ovens both accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and their temperatures can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit or set to low. Great for establishments with varied menus, one oven uses convection heat while the other uses conventional heating elements. To stabilize the unit on sloped or irregular flooring, its 6-inch stainless steel legs are adjustable. Overall, this natural gas-powered unit measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and outputs a total of 278,000 BTUs.
