To accommodate multiple cooking needs in a single footprint, the Vulcan 60SS-4B36G restaurant range features a 36-inch-wide griddle, four open-top burners covered with heavy-duty grates, and two standard bakers-depth ovens. The grates are designed with built-in aeration bowls to improve efficiency and performance. While its pull-out crumb tray and 4-inch-wide grease trough streamline the cleaning process, its cool-to-touch burner knobs ensure safe operation. Powered by LP gas, this unit outputs a total of 238,000 BTUs.

Corrosion resistant, durable, and simple to wipe clean, the Vulcan 60SS-4B36G commercial range's sides, front, backriser, and high shelf are made of stainless steel. Its fully MIG-welded frame adds further strength, while its 6-inch legs are adjustable to account for uneven flooring. The two standard ovens have a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit as well as a low-heat function for holding applications. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high.
