The Vulcan 60SS-4B36G restaurant range is built with a fully MIG-welded frame and primarily stainless steel construction to provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance through high-volume use. Its four open-top burners are covered by lift-off cast grates with built-in aeration bowls that optimize efficiency. To ensure comfortable, safe operation, the burner knobs remain cool to the touch during use. This unit's 4-inch-wide grease trough and extra-deep pull-out crumb tray streamline cleanup.

To maintain stability on bumpy or sloped flooring, the Vulcan 60SS-4B36G commercial range's 6-inch legs are adjustable. Overall, it measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high. In addition to its open-top burners, it features a 36-inch-wide griddle and two standard baker's-depth ovens. The ovens can be set to a temperature between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit or set to a low-heat mode for holding applications. Powered by natural gas, this unit outputs a total of 238,000 BTUs.
