Great for fast-paced kitchens with varied menus, the Vulcan 60SS-4B36GT commercial range is built with four open-top burners, a 36-inch-wide griddle, and two standard ovens with baker's depths capable of accommodating 18-inch by 26-inch pans. The ovens have a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit as well as a low-heat function that can be utilized for holding purposes. To ensure comfortable, safe operation, the burner knobs remain cool to the touch during use.

The Vulcan 60SS-4B36GT restaurant range's front, sides, backriser, and high shelf are constructed of stainless steela€”a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal that can simply be wiped clean. To further simplify the cleanup process, it's designed with a pull-out crumb tray and 4-inch-wide grease trough. This unit's fully MIG-welded frame adds structural stability, while its 6-inch legs can be adjusted as needed on uneven or bumpy flooring. Overall, it measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high.
