To extend its service life in environments where it will experience heavy use, the Vulcan 60SS-4B36GT restaurant range features a fully MIG-welded frame and primarily stainless steel construction; this metal is durable, rust resistant, and simple to clean. While its griddle is equipped with a grease trough, the range's extra-deep pull-out crumb tray further streamlines cleaning further. To improve performance and evenly distribute heat, this unit's four open-top burners have built-in aeration bowls. This unit is furnished with 6-inch legs that can be adjusted on uneven or sloped flooring and measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high.

The Vulcan 60SS-4B36GT commercial range is built with two standard ovens that each have a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit; they also include a low-heat option to keep food warm before serving.
