It's designed with a 24-inch-wide charbroiler, six open-top burners, and two standard ovens to enable various cooking methods. Each of its baker's-depth ovens accommodates 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and their temperatures can be adjusted from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or set to the low-heat option for holding purposes.
