Its fully MIG-welded frame further adds durability, while its burner's knobs remain cool to the touch to reduce injury risks. It's built with a 24-inch-wide griddle, six-burner cooktop, and two standard baker's-depth ovens that facilitate various cooking applications in a single footprint. The ovens each have a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit in addition to a low-heat option for holding purposes.

With a total output of 278,000 BTUs, the Vulcan 60SS-6B24GT restaurant range is powered by natural gas. It's designed with an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray and a 4-inch-wide grease trough to streamline cleaning.
