Designed to serve as a convection oven, stove top, and griddle, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36G NG gas range is an all-in-one unit that saves on space and fuel. Powered by natural gas, this unit outputs 310,000 BTUs per hour, distributing 35,000 BTUs to each oven, 30,000 BTUs to each burner, and 60,000 BTUs to its griddle. Its 1-inch rear gas connection fuels the unit and its shrouded pilot lights are designed to evenly distribute heat and reduce mechanical failure risks. Its 36-inch griddle has a 7/8-inch-thick plate and comes with a 4-inch-wide front grease trough to simplify clean up after use. Its double convection oven base is designed to hold full-size food pans side to side and can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit or turned to a low setting. These features are controlled with a series of manual dials on its front that remain cool to the touch during operation.

Constructed for use in various spaces, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36G burner range measures 72 inches deep by 41 inches wide by 58 inches high. It sits on a series of adjustable legs that can stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces and sports an MIG-welded stainless steel frame to protect internal components. Designed with cleanliness in mind, the unit comes with an extra-deep crump tray and each of its burner tops is fully removable. Its six oven racks can be moved to accommodate larger meals or removed as needed, and to optimize space, its back riser is equipped with a metal shelf that keeps important ingredients and utensils within reach.
