With its thermostatic controls, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36GT LP restaurant range lets operators make precise temperature adjustments. This all-in-one unit consists of a griddle, six burners, and dual convection ovens and is fueled by liquid propane, outputting a total 310,000 BTUs per hour. Its six burners are heated with three shrouded pilot light systems designed to resist mechanical failure and distribute heat evenly. Two convection ovens make up this unit's base, each of which can reach 500 degrees Fahrenheit and come with a series of adjustable racks capable of holding full-size food pans side to side.

Designed with utility and cleanliness in mind, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36GT LP range includes a variety of features designed to maximize use and maintain its condition. Its extra-deep removable crumb tray catches debris, while its 36-inch griddle has a 4-inch-wide grease trough to catch drippings and ease cleaning. Additionally, each of the stovetopa€™s burners can be removed, cleaned, and replaced. Overall, this range measures 72 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 58 inches high and comes with a back riser and shelf for added storage space. Its MIG-welded frame is made of durable stainless steel, and it rests on a series of 6-inch adjustable legs to reach a comfortable height.
