Built with a fully MIG-welded frame and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf that resists rust, scratches, and dents, the Vulcan 72CC-8B24G restaurant range is ideal for high-volume use. It's designed with eight open-top burners, a 24-inch-wide griddle, and two convection ovens to enable operators to cook a variety of menu items at once. The grates have built-in aeration bowls for efficiency, while the knobs remain cool to the touch for safety. Powered by natural gas, this unit outputs a total of 350,000 BTUs.

The Vulcan 72CC-8B24G commercial range is mounted on 6-inch legs, which are adjustable for stabilization on irregular or sloped floors. Overall, it measures 72 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 58 inches high. Its baker's-depth ovens each accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch pans and have a low-heat setting capable of keeping food warm before it's served. To streamline cleaning, this model is equipped with a crumb tray and 4-inch-wide grease trough.
