Built with a fully MIG-welded frame and components made of rust-resistant stainless steel, the Vulcan 72CC-8B24GT restaurant range withstands daily use in high-volume kitchens. It's designed with eight open-top burners, a 24-inch-wide griddle, and two convection ovens to enable operators to cook a variety of menu items at once. While the burner knobs remain cool to the touch for safe operation, the grates' built-in aeration bowls optimize efficiency. Powered by natural gas, this unit outputs a total of 350,000 BTUs.
