Vulcan 936RX-30 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Made for heavy-duty use, the Vulcan 936RX-30 36-inch gas griddle is a great choice for high-volume kitchens. The countertop design enables flexibility in placement, and this griddle is equipped with three u-shaped burners that create separate cook zones. The burners can be lit with either the electric igniter or manually, while a pilot safety valve blocks gas flow in the event the pilot is extinguished. For additional safety, the gas inlet can be manually shut-off.

Embedded thermostats provide precise control of cooking temperatures across the Vulcan 936RX-30 36-inch gas griddle?s multiple cook surfaces. A wraparound splatter guard contains grease to the cooking area of the griddle, and excess grease can be simply scraped into the grease gutter on the end of the griddle. For streamlined storage, the gutter is connected to a welded chute that safely moves grease into the 6-quart grease shelf, and to provide stability, the griddle is supported by 4-inch adjustable legs.
