A heavy-duty countertop model made primarily of stainless steel, the Vulcan 936RX 36-inch gas griddle is well suited for high-volume kitchens. This griddle features separate cook zones provided by its 3 U-shaped steel burners that ensure evenly distributed heat across the cook surface. Burners on the griddle can be ignited via electric or manual ignition, and a pilot safety valve cuts off gas flow so gas will be safely contained if the pilot is extinguished. The burners are individually controlled for full control of temperature on each individual cook zone.

The Vulcan 936RX 36-inch gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick steel cooking surface that keeps food from sticking to it and streamlines cleanup. Grease is safely contained by a wraparound splatter guard to reduce messes, and the grease gutter accommodates spatulas to facilitate simple grease removal from the cook area. A chute welded to the gutter moves grease down into the grease shelf for neat storage and simplified removal. Furthermore, the griddle is equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs that keep it stable and firmly supported.
