Vulcan 960RX-30 60" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan 960RX-30 countertop commercial griddle uses liquid propane to grill products such as steaks, burgers, omelets, pancakes, and more. It has 60 inches of plate space for large quantities of product. The plate is one-inch-thick steel, heated by five burners, each putting out 27,000 BTU of heat. Controls are thermostatic and protected from bumps by chromed knob guards.
The stainless and aluminized steel of the Vulcan 960RX-30 griddle provides length of life and resiliencea€”important qualities in a busy restaurant kitchen. Splash guards around the sides and back of the plate contain meat juices, grease, and other food matter during cooking. A bull-nose guard above the knobs puts space between chefs and the hot plate surface to lower the risk of touch burns. This griddle is mounted on adjustable legs.
